Looking for a joyful, welcoming night out — or simply a quiet evening to recharge? As parents who know how rare that can be, we’ve created a night where your family can relax and just belong!

Join us at ADEPT Adaptive Dance for a high-energy, heart-filled K-Pop Movie Night designed especially for children of all abilities. This is a fun evening where kids can relax, connect, and enjoy a themed movie experience in a supportive, inclusive environment.

At ADEPT, we believe every child deserves a space where they feel safe, celebrated, and confident being themselves. This event is thoughtfully designed with that same care and intention.

🌟 What to Expect

7:00 PM – Arrival & Welcome
Participants get settled, choose their movie spot, and start a simple themed craft or activity. ADEPT will be leading some movement songs for kiddos who want to join in too!

7:15 PM – ADEPT-led dance party
Movie-goers are invited to dance along to our favorite K-Pop movie songs!

7:30 PM – Movie Begins
We’ll enjoy a fun, fan favorite, K-Pop themed movie experience.

During the Movie

Themed crafts & simple activities available
Snacks provided
Participants may bring their own snacks if preferred (please label with their name!)

9:00 PM – Movie Ends
Wind-down and transition time until pick-up.

9:15-9:30 PM – Pick-Up

This is your night — and you get to choose what works best for your family!

✔️ Drop off and enjoy two hours to yourself
✔️ Stay in the studio (chairs provided in the back of the room)
✔️ Relax in our second room if you'd like to stay nearby but take a break

We want both children and caregivers to feel comfortable.

We welcome all children.

To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, we ask that a caregiver remain on site if a child:

Has complex medical needs
Demonstrates aggressive or self-harm behaviors
Requires bathroom assistance

This allows us to maintain a supportive environment while honoring each child’s individual needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

No! This event is open to the community. If you’ve never experienced ADEPT before, this is a wonderful introduction to our environment.
We are experienced in working with children of all abilities. If your child has complex medical needs, aggressive/self-harm behaviors, or requires bathroom assistance, we simply ask that a caregiver stay on site.
Yes! Siblings are welcome at the discounted sibling rate of $25.
- Comfortable clothes (pajamas welcome!)
- A favorite comfort item, pillow, blanket, stuffie, etc if they’d like
- Optional: A labeled drink bottle and snacks if they prefer something specific
- Their authentic selves! We want every kiddo and family to feel comfortable joining in however feels best for them!
Yes, we will be providing some snacks and drinks. You are welcome to send labeled snacks from home if needed or wanted.
We want everyone to feel comfortable and do what works for their family.
You can choose to:
- Sit in the back of the studio
- Relax in our second room
- Or drop off and return at pick-up time
